O-max masking set 1:48 for the F4U-1A/-1D Corsair

A comprehensive masking set from the O-max range for a model of the American Vought F4U-1A and F4U-1D Corsair carrier fighter in 1:48 scale. It makes masking the canopy glazing and other surfaces easier during painting and helps achieve sharp color transitions without cutting tape by hand.

Use

  • You apply the masks to the frames of the glazing and to the other places indicated.
  • You press the edges down carefully against paint creeping underneath.
  • You spray the shades and lift the masks off once the paint has set.
  • Work with thin coats of paint for sharp edges.
