A three-dimensional (3D) instrument panel from Red Fox Studio in 1:48 scale. The pre-painted self-adhesive detail with a plastic, uneven surface faithfully imitates the dials, switches and the sheen of the glass covers of the instruments. The set covers the front as well as the rear cockpit of the two-seat machine and lifts the cockpit of a plastic F-4B Phantom II model markedly, with no painting. The set is intended for the Tamiya kit.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II was a two-seat twin-engine multi-role fighter, one of the iconic aircraft of the Cold War. The F-4B version served with the US Navy and the Marine Corps as a carrier-borne interceptor and carried guided air-to-air missiles.
It is not a kit of the aircraft. It is a color detail accessory for the cockpit of an F-4B Phantom II model; the model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
