MASTER BAe Hawk T.1 pitot tube (1:72)

An accurately turned metal (brass) pitot tube from the Polish maker MASTER, intended for models of the British BAe Hawk T.1 trainer in 1:72 scale. It is neither a kit nor an aircraft model: it is a detailing accessory that replaces the fragile and inaccurate plastic part from the kit with a fine metal part faithfully following the shape of the real tube (the two-step taper and the widened end).

Use

• Cut the original plastic pitot tube off the model
• Drill a hole for the pin of the metal part if necessary
• Glue the metal tube in with cyanoacrylate glue
• The metal can easily be painted and weathered together with the model

Who it is for

For modelers who build the BAe Hawk T.1 in 1:72 scale and want to increase the realism and durability of an exposed part. A metal tube will not break as plastic does and has a sharper, thinner shape.

The accessory does not include the model or glue. We recommend cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Take care not to lose the small part.
