About product

Yahu Models 1:72 Boeing P-26 Peashooter - instrument panel

A pre-painted photo-etched instrument panel in 1:72 scale for the American Boeing P-26 Peashooter fighter. It is neither a kit nor a model of the aircraft, but a finished detail part for the cockpit. The panel is made up of laminated photo-etched layers, is printed in color and has a gloss coat that imitates the instrument glasses. It is glued into the model in place of the original plastic part.

Use

  • It replaces the plastic or decal instrument panel in the kit.
  • It is glued in with a small drop of super glue; painting is not needed.
  • Suitable for the usual plastic P-26 models in 1:72 scale.
  • It raises the realism and legibility of the instruments in an open cockpit.

Who it is for

For modelers who want to lift the level of the cockpit quickly without laborious painting. Given the small size, it suits rather more experienced builders who work with photo-etched parts and super glue.

This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.

FAQ

No. It is a separate instrument panel for the cockpit, which you glue into a plastic P-26 model. The model itself is not included in the package.

No, the panel comes printed in color and varnished from the factory. You only have to separate it and glue it in place in the cockpit.

It is intended for Boeing P-26 Peashooter models in 1:72 scale. Before buying, we recommend checking the cockpit dimensions of your kit.
