A paint from the CL range in the Mr.Color line. Azure is a clean light blue without a gray cast, that is a tone that looks fresh on a model and goes well next to white. The name lists it as a base color in a gloss form, so the surface will stay glossy once dry and you can set the degree of gloss only with a final varnish. A glossy layer is also a good base under decals.
Mix the bottle thoroughly before use. Lay it on in thin coats with drying in between, because one heavy coat would flood fine relief and would easily ripple over a large area. Light blue tones come out best over a light base; over a dark base you will be building them up needlessly long. Wash and degrease the base, as fingerprints show on a light blue area as flat patches. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging and use the thinner intended for this range.
It will be reached for by modelers who need a clean light blue for large areas, for color stripes or for accessories, and by those who mix their own tones from it. Thinner, brushes and airbrushes are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
