A paint from the CL range in the Mr.Color lineup. The shade is a pale blue-green, that is a light tone on the border between green and blue. The name lists it as a base color in the gloss version: once dry the surface stays glossy and you set any matte appearance later with a final varnish. The gloss is also the reason why shades like this are often laid down as the first covering coat, with decals and shading only going on top of them.
Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply it in thin coats and let the surface dry between them; light tones usually need more thin passes than one heavy coat, which would flood the fine relief. Wash and degrease the base, because paint does not hold on a greasy smooth surface. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging and use a thinner intended for this range. Before you mask an area or lay a decal on it, let the paint cure properly.
