A set of American military equipment in 1:72 scale. The small things with which a bare vehicle model or an empty corner of a diorama turns into a scene with content.
Responsibility details are not available.
A military vehicle never drives empty. The crew ties everything they need to live and to fight onto it, and it is exactly this load that tells a model which looks like a finished product from the line from a model that looks like a machine in service. The set of American military equipment in 1:72 scale adds precisely this layer: it breaks up the smooth areas, gives the eye something to hold on to and adds color accents to an otherwise uniform finish.
The simplest way leads onto a vehicle: onto the fenders, onto the rear, into the holders on the sides or loose into the bed. The second way is the diorama one, where you build a pile from the equipment beside a road, a store in the shadow of a wall or clutter around a position. It helps to lay the parts out dry first and only then bond them, because a load should look stacked by people, not scattered over an area.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little from the part and sand the remainder off, with small parts rather in several goes and with the part supported. Wash and degrease everything before painting and choose the glue according to the material of the parts. Small things are more comfortably painted in advance, stuck on a stick or on double-sided tape, and only then seated on the model when finished. Equipment is always more worn than the vehicle under it, so a darker wash and drybrushing along the edges suit it better than a clean base shade.
For modelers who build American vehicles in 1:72 scale and want to give them content, and for builders of dioramas as well. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
