Its name places it among the shades of French army equipment, and the abbreviation AFV marks the group of paints for armored and wheeled vehicles. As a water-based acrylic it thins easily, dries quickly, and the tools are cleaned with plain water.
Gray-blue tones are prone to uneven coverage, so apply the paint in several thin layers and let them flash off between coats. Shake the bottle every time. For an airbrush thin the paint with water or an acrylic thinner to the consistency of milk and spray at lower pressure, so that the nozzle does not clog. It pays to apply a primer before painting, thanks to which the layer holds better and the shade looks richer. Finally even the surface out with a varnish according to the look you want.
