The Corrugator is an ingenious aid with which you make an unlimited amount of corrugated sheet for models, dioramas and terrain yourself. You place thin metal foil, kitchen foil, thin aluminum or thin card between two toothed rollers, squeeze the ends of the tool so that they grip the material, and draw the foil through by turning the crank. The result is corrugated sheet whose profile matches up from piece to piece as on real sheets, so several pieces can be laid together with no visible joints. The body is of light aluminum.

Use

• Put the top edge of a thin foil between the toothed rollers and grip it by squeezing the ends.
• Draw the material through the tool by turning the crank; a corrugated profile appears.
• Stretching or compressing the finished sheet (a concertina effect) adjusts the pitch of the corrugations slightly to the scale.
• Lay neighboring pieces together with matching profiles for a seamless surface.
