DSPIAE Hobby Sanding Sponge 180 grit, 5 mm (5 pcs) are flexible sanding sponges in a coarse grit for fast material removal and for taking off casting blocks.

A set of five flexible sanding sponges in soft EVA material in the coarse 180 grit. This lowest grit in the range is intended for fast material removal: knocking off the remains of casting blocks, rough leveling of burrs and quick work on larger irregularities. Compared with the thinner sponges it has a stronger body 5 mm thick, which holds its shape better and takes more pressure. The sponges can be cut to the size needed and used dry or wet.
This is a modeling abrasive. The 180 grit is coarse and leaves more pronounced marks, so follow it with finer sponges for finishing. Protecting your airways when sanding is advisable.
