Responsibility details are not available.
Black is most often one of three colors in the standard camouflage that NATO ground forces' vehicles have carried since the 1980s: black areas with soft transitions are added to a base of green and brown. The shade also suits small parts meant to look dark — rubber components, weapon barrels, tracks, or the insides of spaces that are not directly visible.
The shade's name lists references to several color standards, including a number from the FS system and a RAL designation. They let you compare the shade with paints from other ranges and put together a camouflage scheme from what you already have at home. Always judge an exact match on a sprayed sample, not on the paint in the bottle, since the shade shifts once dry and once coated with varnish.
The shade belongs to the Hataka brand's Orange Line range. The thinner made for this range and the mixing ratio are stated by the manufacturer on the packaging; use the same thinner for cleaning tools. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Apply in thin coats — black covers well, but it also shows every unsanded seam without mercy. A flat black area looks flat on a model, so it helps to lighten the edges of panels slightly and give the shade some movement that way.
Thinner, brushes and an airbrush are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
