About product

RLM 02 RLM-Grau (1938) – AIR

An acrylic paint from the AIR range (3rd generation) by AK Interactive in a 17 ml bottle. It is water-thinnable, self-leveling and ready for the airbrush, and it can also be applied with a brush. The RLM 02 (RLM-Grau) shade in the 1938 version is among the most widespread Luftwaffe shades: it was used as an interior color and as part of early camouflage schemes.

Use

  • It is thinned with water or AK acrylic thinner; airbrush and brush alike
  • Shake the bottle well before use
  • Suitable for interiors and for the upper camouflage surfaces of early German aircraft
  • It is applied in thin coats over a base primer

Who it is for

For modelers of German aircraft who need a versatile Luftwaffe gray and want to work with a non-toxic acrylic.

The paint is water-thinnable, non-toxic and non-flammable. It is not thinned with lacquer or nitro thinner. Ventilate and protect your airways when spraying.
