The DSPIAE 2.3 mm tungsten steel drill bit is a single modeling bit for plastic. It makes sense when you know exactly what hole you need and do not want a whole set.
Responsibility details are not available.
A DSPIAE modeling drill bit in one particular diameter. The material and the size are stated in the name; it is a tool for building models, not a part of one.
A single diameter makes sense in two situations. Either you are building a particular thing and know you need a hole of exactly this size, typically because of a part that has to seat in it. Or you are building up your own range over time and filling in only what you actually use.
It is needless, on the other hand, if you are drilling for the first time in your life and have no idea what sizes a build will throw at you. In that case it is more logical to start with a set of several diameters, find out which one you reach for most often, and only then add that one singly. Equally, there is no point stocking up on neighboring tenths. The difference between 2.2 and 2.3 mm shows only when you are seating something in the hole; for a plain through hole or a lightening hole, what you have at home will do.
For the modeler who builds up a range of bits deliberately from their own practice, and for anyone dealing with one particular hole on a half-built model.
Sharp tool, keep out of the reach of children. Protect your eyes while drilling and do not breathe plastic chips.
