About product

Vietnam Earth – texture paste (100 ml)

This is an acrylic modeling paste for creating a realistic surface of the characteristic red-brown soil of Southeast Asia on dioramas, vignettes and bases. It is not a paint or a kit but a ready structural compound prepared for immediate use. The package contains 100 ml.

Use

  • Apply it with a spatula or a scraper; the pronounced red-brown tone evokes tropical soil.
  • The paste can be mixed with pigments and other textures and the shade and coarseness fine-tuned.
  • It is thinned and the tools are cleaned with plain water.
  • Once dry, the surface can be sanded and painted over with washes.

Who it is for

For diorama builders and modelers who build scenes from Southeast Asia and tropical battlefields for vehicles and figures. It suits scales from large to small.

Let it dry for at least 24 hours. The product is odorless and non-toxic; keep it out of the reach of children and do not swallow it.

FAQ

No, it is a structural acrylic paste with a red-brown tone of its own. The surface can be picked out further with pigments and washes.

The paste and the tools can be thinned and cleaned with plain water while it has not dried.

Let it dry for at least 24 hours; thicker layers longer.

It is usable across a wide range, roughly from 1:16 to 1:72.
