This decal sheet in 1:48 scale from the Czech maker AML brings markings for the British twin-engine heavy fighter and night fighter Bristol Beaufighter. The first part of the series offers the markings of particular machines, many of them fitted with the AI Mk.IV radar. AML is a Czech maker with accurate registration and a thin film.
The Bristol Beaufighter was a rugged twin-engine aircraft with great firepower that proved itself as a night fighter and as a strike machine against ground and sea targets alike. The night versions carried the aerials of the AI Mk.IV airborne radar on the nose. The set brings code letters, serial numbers and RAF national insignia for the camouflage of the period.
Go over the base with gloss varnish, release the decal in warm water, place it and squeeze the remaining water out with a cloth; a softener helps with the engraved detail. Finally, even the surface out with a matte or semi-gloss coat.
This is an add-on decal sheet. The model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
