Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the British twin-engine Beaufighter in the small 1:144 scale from the Czech maker Mark I Models. The release covers the Mk.VIC in its configuration for operations over the sea and the torpedo-carrying TF Mk.X. The set is molded in gray plastic with engraved panel lines and it includes clear parts and additional resin parts. The decal sheet offers four marking options.
The Bristol Beaufighter was a capable twin-engine machine that proved itself as a heavy and night fighter as well as a strike and torpedo aircraft. The versions for Coastal Command and the torpedo-carrying TF Mk.X were among the most feared anti-shipping aircraft, heavily armed with cannons and machine guns and able to carry a torpedo as well as rockets.
In 1:144 scale the parts are tiny, so work with tweezers, a sharp knife and dry-fitting. Glue the plastic with liquid cement; wash the resin parts, cut them off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate. We recommend a primer under the paint, an airbrush with a fine nozzle and restrained weathering in keeping with the scale.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
