An add-on set of wheels for a model of the British Dingo reconnaissance car in 1:35. It replaces the wheels from the kit and gives the chassis a sharper definition.
Responsibility details are not available.
Dingo is the established name for a British light armored reconnaissance car of the Second World War. It was a small fast machine with an armored tub that served for reconnaissance and for communications between units; the crew was two men. The wheels of a car like that are conspicuous on a finished model: they sit low to the ground, the viewer has them right at eye level, and the coarse tread on them draws the eye sooner than most of the detail on the hull.
The set holds replacement wheels for a model of the Dingo in 1:35. They go on in place of the parts from the kit where the definition of the tread should be deeper and the transition from the tire to the rim cleaner. The set is meant for building a model and does not form a model by itself.
Fit the wheels so that they stand vertically and all four touch the base; do the dry run on a flat board, or the deviation will only show on the finished model. They are painted away from the hull, while the parts are still loose. A flat shade suits the tire and the color of the machine suits the rim. Turn the wheel while spraying so that the paint reaches into the recesses of the tread and no light streak is left on the sidewall. Wash and degrease the parts before painting.
This is an accessory set for building a model. Paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
