A color three-dimensional interior for a model of the Kübelwagen Type 82 in 1:35 scale from Tamiya. The elements are dipped briefly in lukewarm water; no softener is used.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Kübelwagen Type 82 was a German light off-road car of the Second World War. It had an open body with a canvas top and a simple, undemanding chassis. It was used as a liaison and staff vehicle and was among the most widespread German cars of its class. Precisely because the cabin stays open, the inside is permanently on view on a finished model, and how it is done decides the overall impression.
The set brings color three-dimensional interior parts in 1:35 scale, printed on backing decal paper. The parts have the color and the shading printed in, so laborious brush painting of small areas falls away. They are prepared for the kit from Tamiya.
The part is cut out of the sheet, soaked in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slid off the backing paper into place. It has no adhesive layer of its own, and no decal softener is used with it, as the chemicals would attack the printed resin.
The set suits modelers who want the inside of the car with legible detail and do not want to paint it laboriously.
The package holds the set of interior parts only. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
