Není. UH-1Y Venom je moderní stroj US Marine Corps z modernizačního programu H-1 — má čtyřlistý kompozitní rotor, silnější dvoumotorovou pohonnou jednotku a digitální avioniku. Vietnamské Hueye (UH-1B, UH-1C, UH-1D) mají dvoulistý rotor a vypadají i technicky se liší. Pokud hledáte klasického vietnamského Hueye, tento model to není.

Délka modelu je zhruba 44 cm. V měřítku 1:35 je to opravdu velký vrtulník — počítejte s odpovídajícím místem ve vitríně a s tím, že listy rotoru přesahují daleko za trup.

Ano, a je to jeden z hlavních důvodů, proč sáhnout po měřítku 1:35. Sdílí měřítko s většinou vojenských vozidel a figurek, takže vrtulník lze postavit na přistávací plochu spolu s pozemní technikou, obsluhou a vysazovaným družstvem.

Spíše ne. Jde o rozsáhlejší kit s fotolepty, členitým interiérem a velkým prosklením — chce to už nějakou zkušenost s běžnými plastovými stavebnicemi, airbrush a maskováním.
