A resin detail part, not an airplane kit. A finely cast resin ejection seat with cast-in seat belts that replaces the simplified seat from the base kit of the Soviet MiG-15 jet fighter in 1:48 scale.
The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15 was a Soviet single-seat jet fighter with a swept wing, one of the most important first-generation jets. It made its name in the Korean War, where it became a dangerous opponent for Western fighters, and it was built in enormous numbers. The seat is the most conspicuous feature of an open cockpit; a casting with faithful belts saves the work of folding photo-etched ones and markedly lifts the impression of the cockpit.
