The AMX is a single-engine light combat aircraft on which the Italian and Brazilian aviation industries worked together and which served with the air forces of both countries. The version designated AMX-T is a two-seater and differs in its lengthened cockpit for a second crew member.
It is an add-on set for an AMX or AMX-T model in 1:72 scale, and it is therefore not a kit. Which parts of the aircraft the set covers and how many parts it holds are specified by the manufacturer's description and instructions; go by those.
The parts are not polystyrene and are glued with cyanoacrylate. Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little clear of the part and sand the remainder flat, so that the glued surface seats without a gap. Wash and degrease the parts before painting, otherwise the paint will hold poorly on them. In 1:72 scale the parts are tiny, so work with tweezers and over a tray, so that a small part does not get lost. Try the fit dry first and paint the small parts before gluing them into the model.
The set is for modelers who are building the AMX in 1:72 scale and want to take the model further than the contents of the kit reach. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
