This set from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models contains sheets of waterslide (wet) decals with markings for pilots' helmets and sewn-on insignia on the flight suits of the crews of F-14A and F-14D fighters in 1:72 scale. It makes it possible to finish small pilot figures with faithful emblems of American naval squadrons. It is not a kit or figures but a decal set.
Soak the decal briefly in lukewarm water, slide it off the backing into place and blot the excess water away. On the small areas of helmets and flight suits a decal softener will help the design settle onto the shape. Once dry it can be gone over with a matte varnish.
The decals are an accessory for models; figures, kits and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
