This sheet set of waterslide decals brings the special markings connected with the Royal International Air Tattoo display held in 1997 at Fairford. It is meant for models of several types of aircraft that took part in the display, namely the Dassault Mirage 2000, the BAe Hawk T1, the General Dynamics F-16 and the SEPECAT Jaguar. The decals make it possible to finish a model in its display form. The model itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
The Royal International Air Tattoo is one of the largest military air displays in the world. Participating machines often received striking commemorative finishes and markings for it. The set brings together markings for several different types, so it will serve builders of more than one model from a single event. The individual markings match various European and allied operators.
Cut the decals close to the marking and transfer them from lukewarm water onto a smooth gloss varnish so that no silvering occurs. Large full-surface markings are easier to settle with softening and setting solution. Seal the finished markings with a protective varnish to the gloss you want.
This is a set of decals, not a kit. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
