An injection-molded plastic kit of the Tupolev Tu-204-100 civil airliner in 1:144 scale from Zvezda. The model consists of roughly 48 parts and the finished model is about 37 cm long. The package contains decals; glue and paints are not included.
The Tu-204 is a twin-engine narrow-body airliner developed by the Tupolev design bureau for medium-range routes. The Tu-204-100 version is distinguished by a higher take-off weight and a larger fuel load for longer routes. The aircraft has modern aerodynamics with winglets.
Glue the fuselage and the wings with liquid cement for plastic and sand and fill the seams carefully, because the smooth surface of an airliner calls for clean transitions. An airbrush and gloss clear coats suit the glossy airline scheme; apply the decals over a gloss base. Finish the cockpit and the landing gear according to the diagram.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
