Plastic kit Airfix Junkers Ju 52/3m g4e in 1:72 scale — the legendary three-engine transport and airliner in a new mold.
Responsibility details are not available.
This new injection-molded plastic kit from Airfix in 1:72 scale captures the three-engine transport aircraft Junkers Ju 52/3m in the g4e version. It is a completely new mold with a faithfully rendered corrugated surface, a detailed interior and detailed engines; cargo equipment for a diorama setting is usually included as well. The model consists of 218 parts and is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Junkers Ju 52 first flew at the beginning of the 1930s and became famous as a reliable machine with a characteristic corrugated duralumin skin. In its three-engine form it served as an airliner as well as a military transport and paratroop aircraft and became the backbone of the Luftwaffe transport units in the Second World War. Its ruggedness and modest demands earned it the nickname Tante Ju, meaning Auntie Ju.
Cut the parts off and clean them up, and glue the plastic with a liquid modeling cement. Paint the interior and the engines before closing the fuselage. Apply a primer before painting and spray with an airbrush; the corrugated surface comes out beautifully with a gentle accent of the panel lines and discreet weathering. On the large surfaces take care to glue the parts straight.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
Soberbio, Airfix me ha sorprendido. 5/5. Sólo echo en falta la esvástica de la cola.
Superb (although lack of Hakenkreuz).
