An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:24 scale from Italeri. It captures a fire service vehicle built on the off-road Land Rover chassis, that is a light and nimble machine used for rapid response in rough terrain and in confined places. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Thanks to their all-wheel drive and their sturdy construction, off-road Land Rovers were often converted into fire and rescue vehicles. They carry a tank, a pump, hose equipment and warning beacons and come into their own where a large water tender cannot get through, for example at airfields, industrial sites or in forest terrain.
Finish and paint the chassis, the engine bay and the interior before closing the body. Spray the bright red (or another service shade) over primer with an airbrush and finish it with a gloss coat. The equipment, the grilles and the beacons come into their own once the details are painted and a discreet patina is added. Glue the small parts with thin cement for plastic.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
