AN-M57 aerial bombs (250 lb, box-type tail, 8 pcs) in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer Reskit. A resin, 3D printed set of replacement stores for models of American and British aircraft of the Second World War and the Korean War.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains eight 3D printed resin replicas of the American 250 lb AN-M57 bomb with a box-type stabilizing tail. It serves as a faithful completion of the external stores of a model, not as a kit in its own right. The parts are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The AN-M57 was the standard American 250 lb general purpose bomb used during the Second World War and in the Korean War. It was carried by a whole range of machines of the US Air Force as well as the Royal Air Force. A characteristic feature of this variant is the angular, box-type stabilizing tail unit.
First wash the parts free of residues of release agent, separate them carefully from the casting blocks and supports and glue them with super glue. Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Before painting, primer is recommended; bombs are usually sprayed olive green or metallic gloss and completed with colored bands according to the particular deployment.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
