The name states that the set contains two missiles, and it serves to arm a model under construction in the large 1:32 scale. It is intended for the modern types on which this missile appears: the Tornado, F-15, F/A-18, Gripen and Eurofighter.
The TAURUS KEPD 350 is a German and Swedish cruise missile meant to destroy heavily protected ground targets from beyond the reach of air defenses. It flies low over the terrain and combines several navigation systems, so once released it needs no further help from the carrier. Its hallmarks are an angular fuselage with flat sides, folding wings that open only in flight, and the air intake of the propulsion unit. It entered service with European users of the Tornado and gradually with other modern platforms as well.
Degrease the parts before painting and apply a thin coat of primer: the covering shade and any markings hold better on it. The external stores of modern aircraft tend to be in understated light gray tones, so the result is lifted by subtly picking out the dividing lines and light shading. Try the attachment to the pylon dry and only then fix the joint; cyanoacrylate glue proves itself, as it reliably joins even dissimilar surfaces. Fit the missiles to the model at the very end so they are not damaged during further work.
