The set from the Czech maker Firma49 brings finely 3D-printed resin rounds for the 4.7 cm antitank gun of Czechoslovak origin that the German army also used in the Second World War. It is not a kit but a detail accessory for gun models, vehicles and dioramas.
The 4.7 cm Pak (t) grew out of a Czechoslovak antitank gun; after 1939 the German army took it over and fielded it in both towed and vehicle-mounted versions. Rounds with sharp points were typical equipment of its firing position.
The manufacturer recommends dipping the parts in hot water before removing the supports so that the resin does not chip. The rounds are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate); once the brass cases and the points are painted, they look realistic in open crates and scattered about a scene. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
