A detailed injection-molded plastic kit of the Chinese ZTZ-99/99G main battle tank in 1:35 scale. The set is conceived as two models in one, lets the ZTZ-99 or the ZTZ-99G variant be built, and holds photo-etched parts as well as individual track links to be assembled. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The ZTZ-99 (Type 99) is a Chinese third-generation main battle tank that entered service at the beginning of the twenty-first century. The 99G version brought a series of changes to the armor and the equipment. The vehicle combines heavy armament, modern fire control systems and resilient protection.
Assemble and paint the running gear before finishing the hull. We recommend filling and cleaning up the assembled track links with care. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue; a base coat, an airbrush and weathering with washes and pigments for dust effects have proved themselves.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
