Responsibility details are not available.
A set of turned metal cartridges in 1:35 scale from the Polish brand MASTER. According to the name it contains 25 pieces matching 7.92 mm ammunition for the MG 34 and MG 42 machine guns. The parts are machined, so they have a regular shape, a sharp transition at the neck and a cleanly worked base, which cast plastic cannot reach in this scale. The accessory suits detailing dioramas, ammunition boxes, belts and vehicle interiors.
The MG 34 and MG 42 were German general-purpose machine guns used in the Second World War, fired from a bipod as well as from a mount, and also fitted to vehicles. Both used the same 7.92 mm rifle ammunition, which was fed in belts. That is exactly why one set of cartridges is usable for both weapons and for a range of scenes where this ammunition is handled.
First degrease the metal parts in alcohol, so that primer and paint hold on them. The brass surface can be left in bare metal and only darkened with a blackening solution or a thin wash, which looks truer than full paint. Glue the cartridges with super glue in a minimal amount, ideally applied with a pin. When arranging them into boxes or belts, work with tweezers over an enclosed tray, as small parts are easily lost.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
