A resin replacement commander cupola in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. This is not a tank model but a detail part that replaces the commander's cupola on the turret of the base kit. The set is intended for the late version of the Tiger I and for the King Tiger (Tiger II) and faithfully captures the cast construction with its vision blocks and hatch.
The resin casting offers a cleaner and more accurate shape of the cupola along with the small details that are hard to achieve in plastic. It gives a model a markedly better rendered commander's station.
Wash the mold release agent off the part, cut off the casting block and bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting. The details of the vision blocks and the hatch come out well once brought up with a wash and drybrushing.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. Using it requires the matching base kit.
