The set contains two 3D-printed resin figures of pilots of the heavy CH-53E Super Stallion and MH-53E Sea Dragon helicopters in a standing pose (the type 2 variant). The figures serve to bring a model, a flight deck or a diorama to life; they are supplied unpainted and have to be cleaned off the print supports before building.
The CH-53E Super Stallion is an American three-engine heavy transport helicopter of the US Marine Corps, one of the most powerful Western machines of its kind. The mine countermeasures MH-53E Sea Dragon version serves with the US Navy for mine clearance and for carrying loads. The crews of both types wear flight suits with vests and helmets, which the figures capture.
Separate the parts carefully from the print supports, clean them up and wash off any mold release residue. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Acrylic figure paints suit the painting, with shading in oils or a wash and dry brushing to bring out the folds of the uniform.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
