A colored 3D decal set of the instrument panel and cockpit details of the German Focke-Wulf Ta 183 Huckebein jet fighter project in 1:48 scale. A cockpit accessory, not a model. The manufacturer cut the sheet for the Academy kit.
The set offers pre-printed, fully colored parts of the instrument panel and of other cockpit elements. The dials, switches and displays are rendered down to the smallest detail and every instrument is covered by a gloss layer imitating the glass of a dial with a realistic reflection. The colored 3D relief thus replaces tedious hand painting and brightens the interior, which is most visible once the canopy is closed. The cockpit of a jet fighter project gains a three-dimensional and colorful look.
Application is straightforward: you separate the part from the carrier frame and attach it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), or with PVA glue (white glue). The surface can be gently brought out with a wash and tied together with an acrylic varnish, and the part can even be bent slightly or sanded for a perfect fit. The set is prepared for Ta 183 Huckebein models in 1:48 scale.
This is a cockpit detail accessory, not a model kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
