A resin, 3D-printed detail accessory in 1:48 scale by Reskit. The set contains the large ventral auxiliary fuel tank with a capacity of 5280 liters, typical of the high-speed MiG-25 interceptor. It is not an aircraft kit but a part that completes a model with a faithful external tank.
The MiG-25 Foxbat was a Soviet twin-engine interceptor and reconnaissance aircraft capable of high speeds and altitudes. The large ventral tank extended its combat radius. Reskit reproduces its shape, its seams and its mounting by precise 3D printing.
Once the part is taken off the print support, wash it, cut the remains of the supports off and clean it up. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the surface before painting and cover it with a primer.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package. Sand resin with respiratory protection.
