This product is not an airplane model but a 3D printed resin detail set for experienced modelers in 1:48 scale from Reskit. The package contains four pieces of the Soviet and Russian short-range air-to-air guided missile R-60M (NATO code AA-8 Aphid). The parts are made by direct 3D printing, with fine detail on the control surfaces.
The R-60M is a light short-range infrared missile carried by a range of machines: the MiG-21, MiG-23, MiG-25, MiG-29, MiG-31, Su-17, Su-24, Su-25 and Yak-38. With this set you replace or supplement the armament of the base kit and fit the aircraft with faithful missiles. Check the compatibility with your own kit and its racks before buying.
Wash the uncured print resin residue off the 3D printed resin parts, cut the print supports off carefully and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Work with respiratory protection. Spray a primer before painting; paint the fine surfaces of the missiles carefully.
This is a resin detail set (3D printing), not an airplane model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
