This boxing adds a new targeting pod and a set of armament for attacking ground targets, including small-diameter guided bombs. The quality tooling meets the needs of builders of modern jet aircraft.
The F-15E Strike Eagle is the two-seat strike version of the successful F-15 air superiority fighter. Unlike the pure fighter variants it is intended for precision strikes on ground targets in any weather, without losing the ability to fight in the air. A weapon systems officer sits in the rear cockpit; the aircraft carries a large fuel load in conformal fuel tanks and a wide range of guided munitions. Power comes from two powerful afterburning turbofan engines.
First finish both cockpits and paint the interior. Think through the arrangement of the stores — fit the new targeting pod and the guided bombs according to the scheme you choose. Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement and sand the joints of the fuselage and the air intakes. Apply the dark gray camouflage with an airbrush, emphasize the panel lines with a fine wash and lay the decals on a gloss clear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
