The set holds four 3D-printed resin UB-32A-73 rocket pods in 1:72 scale from Reskit. It is an accessory for superdetailing, not a standalone model. The parts faithfully capture the shape of the casing and the front face with the rocket tubes.
The UB-32 is a Soviet pod of 57 mm unguided rockets (the S-5 type) with a capacity of 32 tubes. The UB-32A-73 version was carried on combat and ground-attack aircraft of Soviet design, for example on machines of the Su and MiG families. It was used for attacks on ground targets.
Wash the parts, separate them from the support structures carefully and glue them with cyanoacrylate. Sand with respiratory protection. The front faces with the tubes come out best with a fine coat and restrained weathering. Paints, decals and pylons are not included in the package.
