A gloss Mr.Color modeling paint with the designation CL102 and the name Copper Brown, that is a copper brown. It is listed as a base color for the lower covering layer.
Responsibility details are not available.
A paint from the CL range of Mr.Color, the manufacturer's part number CL102, the name of the shade Copper Brown. It is therefore a copper brown, a warm brown tone shifted toward red. The words Base Color say that the paint is aimed at the lower covering layer; shading, highlighting and an overcoat are applied only over it. The finish is gloss.
First stir the contents of the bottle properly, otherwise the shade will not match. Work in thin coats and let them set between one another; warm browns show through in a thin coat, so you will reach saturation by repeating rather than by one thick application. It is thinned with the thinner meant for the Mr.Color range, not with water, and the same thinner is used to clean the brush and the airbrush straight after the work. Try the shade on an offcut of plastic beforehand, because on a dark base it comes out differently than on a light one.
Copper brown is among the tones named after the color of hair, so the closest use is the hair of figures. It will serve, though, wherever a warm brown is needed: the leather parts of equipment, wood in a darker tone or a base under further shading. Under lighter coats it suits as a base that adds depth.
The package holds the paint only. The thinner, the brushes, the airbrushes and a figure or a model are not part of it, unless stated otherwise. Store the paint well closed and out of the reach of children and work in a well-ventilated room.
