The vol. III designation in the name gives away what kind of item it is: a further volume of one extensive series, not a standalone survey title. Kagero publishes aviation literature by subject and with the types that the most can be written about it carries on with further parts. The Fw 190 is among them. According to the name this variant is supplied without decals.
For a collector that means an item that fills out the series. For a modeler who is not putting any series together at the moment it means one thing only: he is buying printed reading on one type of aircraft, not a kit and not an accessory for a build.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 was a single-seat fighter aircraft of all-metal design with a wide track landing gear and good visibility from the cockpit. The main production series were powered by an air-cooled radial engine, which gave the aircraft its characteristically stocky nose; a later branch of development was given an inline engine and with it a markedly lengthened nose and a different overall look. Between the individual versions there are therefore differences that even a layman can tell.
It is a printed publication, not a kit and not an accessory for a build. Check the extent, the language and the particular contents on the cover of the book.
