The Gunze Mr.Color modeling paint in the Lederbraun shade, the brown component of the three-color camouflage of NATO ground vehicles. A 10 ml bottle.
Responsibility details are not available.
The shade carried as Lederbraun is the brown component of the three-color camouflage worn since the 1980s by the ground vehicles of the NATO armies in Central Europe. The scheme is made up of three colors: a dark green as the predominant base, brown and black. The brown plays the part of the transition between the green and the black and holds the whole scheme together; without it the camouflage looks hard and falls apart into contrasting patches.
On a model you work from the lightest area to the darkest, that is green, then brown and black last. The fields have clear boundaries but they are not drawn with a ruler, so spray from a short distance with a thin line and leave the edge slightly soft. The camouflage also carries across stowage boxes, tanks, fenders and racks, so take it onto the parts you glue on at the very end as well. The share of brown is usually smaller than the share of green, more bands and wedges than continuous areas.
One bottle of paint of 10 ml. The thinner, the remaining shades of the scheme, clear coats and the model are not included, unless stated otherwise.
