About product

The Radioactivity Signs stencil (Vallejo)

This is NOT a paint or a model, but a painting aid. The stencil contains radioactivity warning symbols, which you spray through it onto drums, containers, bunkers, vehicles and diorama features. That way you create faithful marking of hazardous materials and zones.

What the stencil is for

  • Applying radioactivity symbols to hardware and diorama accessories.
  • Marking drums, containers and stores of hazardous contents.
  • Creating the atmosphere of post-apocalyptic and industrial scenes.

Usage tips

  • Let the surface dry, lay the stencil on and fix it gently.
  • Spray with an airbrush in thin coats or dab with a foam applicator.
  • A light overspray and weathering will give the marking a worn, realistic look.
  • Clean the stencil after use so that it stays crisp.

Who it is for

For builders of dioramas, modelers of modern hardware and creators of post-apocalyptic scenes.

This is a painting aid, not a paint or a model. Paints and an airbrush are not included in the package.
