A final varnish does two things on a model: it protects the painted surface against abrasion and, above all, it unifies the sheen. Without it a model stays incoherent, because every paint and every weathering product dries to a different surface. This varnish is clear and dries to a satin, that is a silky surface, which lies between flat and gloss and suits most hardware as well as civilian subjects. The volume is 400 milliliters. It is not a paint but a colorless product.
Shake the can for at least a minute and hold it roughly twenty centimeters from the surface. Apply several thin coats instead of one heavy one, because a heavy layer floods fine detail and can turn white. Do not spray in damp and cold conditions, otherwise the surface will go flat unevenly. Let the paint and the decals dry through properly before varnishing. Try the spray on a piece of scrap plastic so that you know what sheen the varnish will give you.
The can contains a flammable charge under pressure. Work in a ventilated space, away from sources of fire, protect your airways and keep the can out of the reach of children.
