Not even the smallest size manages without logistics. 1:144 model jerrycans and fuel drums cover fuel barrels and sets of German, American and modern cans; an individual piece is only a few millimetres tall, yet the ribbing and the shape of the filler neck survive. These typically furnish airfield hardstands and cabinet scenes, where a small heap of drums beside a hardstand supplies both scale and life.
The containers are sized for 1:144 military model kits and serve equally well as background around aeroplanes of the same size. Larger versions of the same patterns sit in model jerrycans, drums and containers. Paint millimetre castings on the carrier and, once they are set into a scene, dust them lightly with weathering pigments.
