Nedoporučujeme. Běžná lepenka má příliš vysokou lepivost a při odlepování strhne barvu i primer pod sebou. Modelářská páska má lepivost nastavenou nízko — drží proti podtékání, ale sundá se čistě a bez zbytků lepidla.

Na velké souvislé plochy — křídla, trupy, korby, střechy karoserií. Jedním pruhem zakryjete to, na co byste jinak potřebovali několik pásů úzké pásky, a vzniká méně spár, kudy může barva podtéct. Na těsné oblouky a drobné díly je vhodnější užší páska.

Nejlépe krátce po nástřiku, když je barva zaschlá na dotek, ale ještě ne zcela vytvrzená. Tahejte ji zpět přes sebe pod ostrým úhlem, nikdy kolmo nahoru — tak vznikne nejčistší hrana.

Ani jedno. Je to modelářská potřeba — spotřební materiál k barvení. Nemá měřítko a není určena k žádnému konkrétnímu modelu.
