About product

Mr.Paint WWII US Jet Black ANA622 (30 ml)

A solvent-based modeling lacquer from the Slovak maker Mr.Paint. The shade matches the black carried by American night aircraft during the Second World War, that is, the machines used for night operations and night combat. The lacquer is pre-thinned and ready to be sprayed with an airbrush, and the container holds 30 ml.

Use

  • Intended for the airbrush only, pre-thinned for direct application.
  • It can be thinned only with a lacquer (nitro) thinner, never with water.
  • Suitable as the overall finish of night machines; black calls for even coats.
  • Spray in thin coats onto a degreased surface, ideally over a primer.

Who it is for

For modelers of American night aircraft from the period of the Second World War who want a faithful overall black finish.

The lacquer is flammable and contains organic solvents. Work in a well-ventilated area, with a respirator and away from sources of ignition.
