The acrylic modeling paint Tamiya X-26 Clear Orange from the Tamiya Acrylic Mini range of water-thinnable acrylics in a package of 10 ml. It is a translucent (glazing, transparent) paint with a gloss finish: it is not meant to cover the base but to tint it orange like a color filter. The X range has a gloss surface and the paint can be applied with a brush as well as an airbrush; before it dries it can be washed off with water, and for spraying it is thinned with acrylic thinner.
Suitable for plastic modelers and collectors who want to tint lights, glass and metallic surfaces translucently or to create glazing effects of rust and tinting. It comes into play on aircraft, cars, vehicles, figures and dioramas, for beginners as well as advanced builders. It is applied in thin coats, and the depth grows with the number of coats.
Use in a well-ventilated area, out of the reach of children and away from open flame. Close the bottle tightly after use.
