Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of an American nuclear submarine in 1:350 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer Mikromir. The model captures the smooth hull of a Cold War era underwater vessel.
USS Kamehameha was an American nuclear submarine of the Benjamin Franklin class, originally built as a ballistic missile submarine. She later went through a conversion into a vessel for special operations and the transport of combat swimmers, which is what the later hull designation SSN corresponds to. She served with the US Navy through a number of decades of the Cold War and afterwards.
Glue the hull with thin cement for plastic, sand the joints down and remove the parting lines. A primer coat is recommended, then airbrush work in shades of black and gray, a fine wash on the hatches and a matte clear coat to unify the surface.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
