The New Ware 1:48 Mask PLA J-11B ADVANCED is the extended level of the mask series for a model of the Chinese J-11B fighter. It covers a wider range of areas than the basic variant.

An extended mask set in 1:48 scale for a model of the single-seat Chinese J-11B fighter. The self-adhesive masks are pre-cut and match the shapes of one specific kit, the Hobby Boss 81715. The set is used when painting the model; it does not replace it.
The New Ware series is split by the scope of the set. ADVANCED lies between the basic and the most complete level, so it covers more than just the main glazing. Choose it when you do not want to mask further areas of the model by hand and at the same time do not need the most extensive variant. The exact list of areas is given on the box and differs from one aircraft type to another.
On modern fighters the join between the wheel hub and the tire is the thing most often dealt with after the glazing. Masking a circle by hand is awkward, because tape ripples around a curve and the edge is then not continuous. A circular mask removes that problem and the result looks considerably more convincing on the model.
The package holds only the self-adhesive masks. The kit, paints and glue are not included.
