1:32 Spitfire Mk.Ia exhaust stacks (3D-printed) are resin exhausts for a model of the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Ia fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin detail accessory made by direct 3D printing, not a standalone model. A set of precisely printed exhaust stacks in 1:32 scale replaces the plastic exhausts from the base Spitfire Mk.Ia kit. Thanks to 3D printing the stacks have crisp edges, hollow openings and a fine texture that injection-molded plastic usually cannot capture.
The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Ia was an early production British fighter powered by a Rolls-Royce Merlin engine. The characteristic short exhaust stacks along the sides of the nose are among its easily recognized features and make a striking detail once painted and weathered.
Carefully separate the parts from the print supports, wash any residue off them and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Sand with respiratory protection. The exhausts come into their own once sprayed in metallic and rust shades and lightly weathered.
This is a resin accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
